I'm Rachael Morley. I am the founder of Embodied Energy Training and the creator of the Heavy Emotional Release (HER) Method, supporting people to embrace their sensitivities as a super power through emotional and intuitive practices, ceremonies and trainings.

As an Intuitive teacher and facilitator, I take an animist approach to wellbeing and spirituality. Specialising in the field of Energy, Sound Therapy and Breathwork, I weave both ancient and evolved shamanic practices together in ceremonial ways, facilitating the transmutation of energies that tend to hold us back from living in our fullest potential.

I have held space for thousands of beautiful people from all walks of life over the years through my one to one work, ceremonies, workshops, corporate events and festivals.
